1. Walkthrough: Tammy walks your facility with you to learn how the building is used, what is not working today and what matters most.
2. Written scope & quote: You get a room-by-room scope with task frequencies and a fixed monthly price. No vague line items.
3. Start-up & training: The cleaning team is trained on your scope, security rules and products before the first night.
4. Inspections: Scheduled walk-throughs against the scope, with issues logged and fixed, not just noticed.
5. Quarterly review: We review results with you and adjust the plan as your building and your team change.
