Offices and corporate campuses, medical and healthcare facilities, schools and childcare centers, industrial and manufacturing buildings, multi-tenant and managed properties, and government and public facilities.
Which areas do you serve?
Metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta, Kennesaw, Duluth and Lawrenceville. If your facility is nearby, ask.
How is pricing set?
After a walkthrough. Price depends on square footage, how the building is used, the tasks in your scope and how often they happen. You receive a written scope and a fixed monthly price.
Do you use green cleaning products?
Yes. Constant Contract Solutions uses environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Can you clean after hours?
Yes. Most programs run in the evening or overnight so your building is ready when people arrive. Day porter service is available for busy buildings.
